OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS :

General Terms, Conditions, and Policies :


1. Check-In and Check-Out :

1.1 Check-in time is from 2 PM. Guests arriving earlier may store their luggage with the hotel until their room is ready.
1.2 Check-out time is at 12 Noon. Late check-outs may be subject to additional charges and are subject to room availability.

2. Reservation and Payment :

2.1 Reservations can be made through our website, phone, WhatsApp, or third-party booking platforms. A valid credit card or other payment methods are required to guarantee the reservation.
2.2 We accept online payments, cash, and, where available, other forms of payment such as mobile payment apps.
2.3 In the event of a no-show or late cancellation, the provided credit card may be charged according to the hotel's cancellation policy.

3. Room Assignment :

3.1 Room assignments are based on availability and the hotel's discretion. While we strive to accommodate specific room requests, we cannot guarantee a particular room or floor.
3.2 The maximum occupancy per room is based on the room category allocated. Additional charges may apply for extra guests or bedding arrangements.

4. Amenities and Services :

4.1 Our hotel offers free Wi-Fi connectivity, subject to the availability of service providers' links. Please note that due to our location in a hilly and terrain environment, we may experience challenges in communication, such as cable disconnections during heavy rain, wind, or damages. Restoration of communication may take longer in hill terrains due to difficulties in reaching and locating the problems.
4.2 GSM network coverage can be a challenge in our locality due to the surrounding hills and terrains. Guests should expect inconvenience with direct GSM network connectivity. However, we offer free Wi-Fi connections that enable GSM communication using Wi-Fi calling features on compatible devices.
4.3 We have direct power source available, however during any mains power fail, standby primary backup such as UPS power is available, and secondary backup power with power generators to ensure a stable power supply are readily available.
4.4 Our property follows sustainable practices. Therefore, there is no air conditioning in any of the rooms as we benefit from a natural low temperature throughout the year. Additionally, there are no room televisions to encourage guests to enjoy nature and engage in outdoor activities for a digital detox experience. Room water heaters are instant water heaters, promoting energy conservation and reducing greenhouse gas emissions. All lighting in the hotel uses LED technology for low power consumption and purpose-fit illumination.
4.5 Requests for additional amenities, such as extra towels or toiletries, can be made to the front desk or housekeeping.

5. Smoking and Pets :

5.1 Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas of the hotel, including guest rooms. Designated smoking areas may be available outside the premises.
5.2 Pets are generally not allowed unless explicitly stated otherwise. Please inquire with the hotel regarding pet-friendly accommodation, if available.

6. Damage and Liability :

6.1 Guests are responsible for any damage or loss caused to the hotel property, including but not limited to rooms, furnishings, room keys, and amenities. Any associated costs will be charged to the guest's account.
6.2 The hotel shall not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage to guests' personal belongings during their stay.

7. Health, Safety and Security :

7.1 Guests are advised to secure their valuables in the room or at the front desk safe deposit box, if available.
7.2 The hotel is equipped with security measures and surveillance systems to ensure the safety and well-being of guests. However, guests are encouraged to exercise caution and report any suspicious activity to the hotel staff.
7.3 No Outside Food or Beverage Consumption on Hotel Premises :
Purpose : This policy aims to maintain the quality and safety standards of our hotel while ensuring a satisfactory dining experience for all guests. By restricting the consumption of outside food and beverages, we can ensure consistency in food quality, adhere to hygiene regulations, and support our in-house dining facilities. Additionally, this policy prohibits cooking inside the premises to ensure safety, prevent damage, and maintain a comfortable environment for all guests.
This policy applies to all guests staying at our hotel and covers the entire premises, including guest rooms, common areas, restaurants, and event spaces. Prohibition on Outside Food and Beverage: Guests are not allowed to bring or consume outside food or beverages on the hotel premises. This includes food delivery from external sources, takeout items, groceries, and personal food items.
No Cooking Inside the Premises :
Cooking inside the hotel premises, including guest rooms, is strictly prohibited. This includes the use of portable stoves, hot plates, toasters, electric grills, or any other cooking equipment. The hotel provides designated areas such as dining area service to meet guests ‘culinary needs.
Reasons for the Policy :
a. Quality Control : Our hotel takes pride in offering a high standard of culinary excellence. By disallowing outside food and cooking inside the premises, we can ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation of our food and beverages.
b. Safety and Hygiene : Cooking in guest rooms can pose fire hazards, compromise safety, and cause damage to the hotel property. By prohibiting cooking, we maintain a secure and comfortable environment for all guests while complying with safety regulations.
c. Support for In-house Facilities : Encouraging guests to use our on-site restaurants and dining options helps sustain our business and allows us to offer a wider range of culinary experiences.
Non-Compliance :
Guests found consuming or possessing outside food or beverages, as well as cooking inside the premises, may be politely reminded of the policy by hotel staff. If non-compliance persists, the hotel reserves the right to take appropriate action, which may include additional charges or termination of the stay, at the hotel's discretion.
Exceptional Circumstances: Exceptions to this policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis, such as for guests with specific dietary requirements or medical conditions. Guests must inform the hotel in advance, and appropriate documentation may be required to support the request. This policy is intended as a general guideline. Hotel management reserves the right to modify or adapt this policy as necessary to ensure guest satisfaction and comply with relevant regulations.
7.4 Child Safety Notice :
We prioritize the safety and well-being of all our guests, especially children. As our property is nestled in a beautiful nature environment, it is important to be aware of potential hazards that may exist. We kindly request parents and guardians to exercise extra caution and adhere to the following guidelines throughout your stay:
1. Active Supervision : Please ensure that your children are monitored at all times. Never leave them unattended, whether inside the hotel premises or when exploring the surrounding nature areas.
2. Nature Hazards : Our nature environment may present trip hazards and rough walkways. We urge you to be attentive and mindful of these potential dangers, especially when venturing outside. Take necessary precautions to avoid accidents or injuries.
3. Attentive Care : We kindly ask parents and guardians to be fully attentive and responsible for their children's safety throughout the duration of their stay. This includes keeping an eye on their whereabouts, activities, and interactions to prevent any untoward incidents.

8. Termination of Stay :

8.1 The hotel reserves the right to terminate a guest's stay if they violate the hotel's policies, cause disturbance to other guests, engage in illegal activities, or fail to comply with reasonable requests from hotel staff. In such cases, the guest will be asked to leave the premises immediately, and no refund or compensation will be provided.

9. Modification and Cancellation :

9.1 Any modification or cancellation of a reservation should be made in accordance with the hotel's cancellation policy. Please refer to your booking confirmation or contact the hotel directly for specific details regarding modification or cancellation requests.

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction :

10.1 These terms, conditions, and policies shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the local authority. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts within the local authority's jurisdiction.
