Section 1 - Cancellation Period :

1.1 Guests may cancel their booking by the same mode of booking or by contacting guest support services.
1.2 Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled check-in time to be eligible for a refund.
1.3 Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled check-in time will not be eligible for a refund, and a cancellation charge of 100% will apply.


Section 2 - Refund Policy :

2.1 If a cancellation is made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled check-in time, guests will be eligible for a 100% refund of the booking amount.
2.2 No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled check-in time.
2.3 Eligible refunds require 7-10 working days to process, and the refund amount will be credited to the same account and mode of payment received.


Section 3 - No-Show Policy :

3.1 If a guest fails to check-in ("no-show") on the scheduled arrival date without providing prior notification of cancellation or modification, the booking will be considered a no-show.
3.2 No-show bookings are not eligible for a refund.


Section 4 - Modification Policy :

4.1 Guests may request modifications to their booking, such as changes to the arrival or departure dates, room type, or other details, subject to availability and the modification policy associated with the booking.
4.2 Any modification requests should be made by contacting our customer support team.
4.3 Modifications may be subject to additional charges or fees, and the guest will be informed of any applicable charges during the modification process.


Section 5 -Force Majeure :

5.1 In the event of circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or other force majeure events, we reserve the right to modify or cancel bookings without prior notice.
5.2 In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate with affected guests and provide suitable alternatives or refunds as appropriate.


Please note that this updated cancellation policy reflects a 72-hour cancellation window, with a 100% refund for cancellations made prior to 72 hours before the scheduled check-in time. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the check-in time will not be eligible for a refund.
